How to request

1. Email us: Send an email to support@mplannerpro.com
2. Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - Facebook Login.
3. Information to Include: Please provide your full name or the email address associated with your Facebook account. You do not need to provide your Facebook password.
4. Timeline: Our team will process your request and delete all associated records from our database within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What Data is deleted?

• Your App-Scoped User ID (ASID).
• Your name and profile picture URL stored in our cache.
• Any contact information (email) synced from Facebook.
• Add any other specific data that is collected

Note: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you choose to log back into the app in the future, a new, empty profile will be created.
